Security Features: For your peace of mind, our property is equipped with exterior security cameras: one on the doorbell facing the driveway, one in the carport facing the driveway. These cameras temporarily record movement to protect the property and your peace of mind. Pool & Outdoor Space Rules: • Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM, or move gatherings inside. • Pool heating is available for $75/day. A separate bill will be sent for this service. • No food or glass near the pool. • No diving—pool depth: 6ft at the deep end, 3.5ft at the shallow end, and 10-14 inches on the Baja shelf. • Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty, and guests assume all responsibility when using the pool. • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. The pool does not have a safety fence. • The deck is slippery when wet; please avoid running. • A $500/day charge applies if pool equipment is tampered with without permission.
