I would DEFINITELY stay here again in a heartbeat!
This house was great for a bachelorette group of 12! Although there are only 2 bathrooms in the house, we were able to make it work since the vanity / make-up mirrors helped a ton! Plenty of eating space both inside and outside of the house and the pool and hot tub were great! (hot tub heated up very fast)
The hosts were extremely responsive and any questions they had they were able to jump on immediately! I was really impressed / pleased by this.
For anyone not local to the area, be careful with the thermostat and not running it too low too fast. We did that by mistake and it caused the A/C to break. Even when that happened, the hosts were able to get it fixed within 8-12 hours - they were really on it!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The space was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed to feel right at home.
You can tell a lot of care went into the details. From the cozy atmosphere to the little touches that made our stay extra comfortable.
The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The location was also perfect, quiet, convenient, and exactly what we were hoping for.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-kept place to stay!

Absolutely beautiful home tastefully redone, comfortable, and in a great location. The historic Coronado Neighbourhood is terrific and the amenities of this home. including the terrific game space in the basement as well as the well equipped gym, and comfortable rooms make this an unbelievably great home. Add in, one of the great breakfast spots in all of Phoenix of three minute walk around the corner,, Ollie Vaughns, makes this home a great home away from home.

Sammy & Ty were wonderful hosts. They were proactive and communicative throughout our stay and leading up to check-out. The home was exactly as pictured and matched everything we expected in person. The location was also great, with shops and dining nearby and easy to get to. Overall, it’s a perfect space for a large group. Thank you, Sammy and Ty, for your hospitality!

This home was very beautiful and had plenty of space. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We asked a couple days ahead of our stay if it was ok to come 2 hours earlier and they were very flexible. We had so much fun. Would definitely choose this home again.

Stayed 4 nights. Comfortable bed and furniture. Was happy to have a washer dryer to use during our stay. Some of the other reviewers mentioned “thin walls” and noisy neighbors but we found it very quiet, not much street noise at all. AC worked great. Coffee was provided. Lots of tv channels. Walked through the beautiful gardens at the Mormon grounds. Bosa Donuts is just down the street and is highly addictive.

Perfect one bedroom unit for 1 or 2 people. Spotlessly clean! Bed and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our 3 day stay. Great off street, well lit parking. Convenient to downtown Mesa, the light rail, and to the Mesa Convention Center which was a 5 minute drive away. Hosts were very communicative and helpful, also accommodating when we had to change our plans by one day. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Phoenix area.

Amazing stay!! Sammy and Ty were amazing hosts. The house is GORGEOUS. And you can tell they pay attention to detail. The house is super close to my job, so it was super convenient. We would 100% stay here again

Sammy and Ty are great! They are very quick in responding to messages, like when I got locked out of the house because I forgot the entrance code. 🫢
I reserved this house to attend my son’s graduation from the Air Force. The house is about 8 miles from Lackland Air Force Base, 20 miles from the airport, and close to other attractions.
