Security Features: For your peace of mind, our property is equipped with an exterior security camera: one camera overlooking the backyard. This cameras temporarily record movement to protect the property and your peace of mind. Pool & Outdoor Space Rules: • Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM, or move gatherings inside. • Pool heating is available for $75/day. A separate bill will be sent for this service. • No food or glass near the pool. • No diving • Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty, and guests assume all responsibility when using the pool. • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area.
