Encanto Golf Course is 2 minutes from the home as well as the State fair. It is only a short 5 minute Uber ride away from downtown Phoenix providing you with many entertainment and restaurant options and the Phoenix International Airport is only 10 minutes away. You will be close to many beautiful hiking trails, and a short 20 minute drive takes you to Old Town Scottsdale or Tempe Marketplace and ASU. Also within a five minute drive from the property is located newly revitalized Hance Park with a dog park for large dogs and a separate park for small dogs and puppies. Adjacent to Hance Park is the Japanese Friendship Garden and around the corner from that is the Arizona Science Center. Just down the street from the property is the Phoenix Art Museum with the Phoenix Theatre Company located in the same building.
