Welcome to The Whimsical Jane with Kingdom Kribs! Located between Jerome and Sedona, our vibrant orange oasis is 17 min to Sedona & 15 min to Jerome. Enjoy a mid-century modern living room, a full kitchen, and an Arizona sauna for yoga. Two bedrooms but we can sleep up to 6 guests, with extra twin mattresses available. The spacious backyard with a grill is perfect for outdoor fun.

Our property is more about the vibrant location vs. a boujee hotel stay, perfect for guests eager to explore the area! This house is whimsical, it is built on an energy vortex! You’re bound to have amazing prophetic dreams in our cozy bedrooms! Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 - Queen mattress Bedroom 2 - Full mattress & Full sleeper couch Living Room - Two twin mattresses in closet The front room bed is firm, the floor bed is a purple mattress good for grounding your energy & emotional healing. The twin beds are cheap and flimsy but they do the trick and are a bonus feature for the kids or extra guests. The back bedrooms couch turns into a full futon! This property is under construction… we are slowly upgrading so please don’t judge the leaves in the backyard or the weirdly glued tiles in the kitchen. This is not a fancy resort in Sedona 😂 this property is design and curated to be budget friendly for affordable traveling while we continue to fix and add value to the home.

When you book The Whimsical Jane, you are renting the entire main house — including two bedrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the spacious backyard with outdoor seating, a grill, a swing, and a tree swing. There is also a separate, fully private guest suite on the property that may be booked independently through Airbnb, but if it has vacancy during your stay, you can add it to your reservation for an addition $75. It is a mid century Gothic revival single-room boutique hotel like space with full bathroom, NO access to a kitchen, and its own private entrance. Guests staying there do not have access to your home, but they do share access to the backyard — so you may see another guest in passing. There are a few areas that are off-limits to guests: • The private suite connected to the hallway behind the 2nd bedroom. (behind a locked door). • The shed in the backyard • The vintage Argosy trailer Please respect these spaces and do not attempt to access them.
